Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected hardware and electrical products including Bathroom Fixtures, Toilet Seats, Fasteners, Multi Outlets, Extension Cords, and Hardware Parts.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts or incomplete order

1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
• Products showing signs of installation, usage, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.
• Electrical items such as multi outlets and extension cords must not be plugged in or used.
• Minor variations in color, finish, or size are not considered defects.
• Customized or cut-to-size hardware products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
